BOOKING, PAYMENT , CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS
BOOKING: For all portrait sessions; a non-refundable session retainer of 500 $ is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.
PAYMENT: All sessions and packages can be paid via cash, Visa or MasterCard. the remainder must be paid on the day of your photo session
CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of cancelation for all portrait sessions, client forefeits their session retainer paid to book the session.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Tania Mendillo Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY

I respectfully request at least 2 week notice for rescheduling of appointments. I will be happy to move your appointment to a different day or hour within the time I am in NYC March 24th and April 1st 2022, and if my schedule will allow it.
Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.

Copyright policy: As a client of Tania Mendillo Photography , I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Tania Mendillo, are protected by federal copyright laws. I understand it is illegal to scan, copy, print, or reproduce without the photographer’s permission. A print release is supplied with the purchase of any portrait session, along with high-resolution digital files. I understand the print release does not allow publication from chain labs (shutterfly, walgreens, walmart, target, snapfish, etc.), selling, screenshots, or altering images in any manner. By choosing to book and pay your deposit, you are agreeing to honor the above statement.
